Land Clearing, Property, and Excavation Services

• Pasture and field cleanup- We remove overgrowth, saplings, and debris to restore pastures and open land for livestock, farming, or general property improvement.

  *Important Note on Debris Handling*

  For pasture and field clearing, we do not haul away full-field tree or brush debris. Hauling large volumes of trees and limbs is not practical and would add substantial cost to the landowner.

  During clearing, debris will be:

  - Piled for burning, or

  - Pushed to fence lines or tree lines, or

  - Stacked to create natural barriers or wildlife habitat

  Hauling is only available for:

  - Building demolition debris

  - Storm cleanup

  • Small tree removals (1–2 trees)

  For full-field clearing, the landowner is responsible for deciding how they want debris handled on-site.

• Tree and sapling removal- Trees and unwanted saplings are removed cleanly and efficiently, helping you reclaim space and prevent future overgrowth.

• High-flow brush mowing with skid-steer- High‑flow power cuts through thick brush, tall grass, and overgrown fields fast, leaving your property clean, open, and usable again.

• Tree pulling & post pulling- We use a heavy tracked skid-steer and puller attachment to remove trees and posts at the base, opening up fence lines and property edges quickly and efficiently.

• Brush and debris grappling- The grapple allows us to pick up and relocate brush piles, logs, storm debris, and cleanup materials quickly and safely.

• Rural structure demolition- We can tear down sheds, small outbuildings, and rural structures, then load and remove the debris for a clean finish.

• Fallen tree and storm cleanup- Downed trees, limbs, and storm mess are cleaned up, restoring access and safety to your property.

• General skid-steer bucket work (cleanup piles, dirt moving, grading)- Bucket work includes moving dirt, leveling small areas, filling low spots, and cleaning up piles from land clearing or demolition.
